Built operations and partner relations. At large events with 10,000+ visitors a day, coordinated access control, crowd entry, on-site staff and real-time reporting to the authorities.
AvenEU
Co-founded an AI-assisted platform for EU funding proposals.
Product design, operations setup and partnerships. I also build my own tools for finance and admin.

Designed and submitted multi-country EU proposals, and implemented the funded ones.
Budgets from €60k to €1.5M. Alongside, produced 80+ cultural events: concerts, residencies, panels and workshops.

Hi, I'm Panos.
I work where operations, technology and people meet. In twenty years of work, most of it in Brussels, I've launched a ticketing and payments business across the Benelux, co-founded AvenEU, an AI-assisted platform for EU funding proposals, and founded and ran a cultural venue. Along the way I earned an MBA and picked up a habit of building my own tools.
Whatever the project, I do the same thing: look at how it works, find what gets in the way, and fix it. People first, technology where it helps.
I'm also a musician, and it shows in how I work: prepare well, time it right, and make sure everyone knows their part.
